SharkFit is a multi-tenant platform. Each gym's data is strictly isolated from other gyms. A gym owner can only access data belonging to their own gym. Coaches can only see clients assigned to them. Clients can only see their own data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Razorpay - for payment processing
  • AWS - for file storage (progress photos, logos)
  • Email providers - for transactional emails

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If a tenant subscription is cancelled, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), JWT-based authentication, tenant-level data isolation, and regular security audits.
